OK, #1 I am partial to Conti tires, #2 there could be some cherry picking here… the results may not be as dramatic on all cars. Nonetheless, some food for thought. And it confirms something I have thought was true for some time. MY personal thought experiment is muscle car based: I believe a ’71/’72 3400 pound 340 six pack Dodge Challenger with modern rubber would be a much better ride than a modern 4200 pound gen III 392 Hemi Challenger (by MSSarli)
