I didn’t notice that kind of wear on my Taycan !

I drove it close to 5k miles

My daily driver is a Tesla model X. I have ~40,000 miles on it and just replaced the tires—cause 1 had a small leak and wanted all 4 to be consistent in wear. So haven’t had that problem of wear on my EV. In fact, I have to change my 911 tires every 10K miles (and given that the are Pirelli Zs they cost a lot more). So, tire wear and cost for the EV was comparable to the tires I replaced at ~45K on our Macan.

The second paragraph was enough for me, I bought the car because I wanted to save the planet. People who believe that have been sold a bill of goods. The materials that are required to build the batteries and where they come, the mining and all associated costs, such disposal etc. Poor planning and the product of an over zealous government pushing for complete control!
