The WHOI Vessels and Vehicles event was held as planned on Friday July 25, 2025. Despite the cloud burst and rain we had a full turnout of both CCPG and WHOI members (approximately 200 people!) We had a lovely 1957 356A along with a Panamera Hybrid parked indoors, that booked the technology evolution. We had over 20 cars on display, running our usual gamut from Mike Sarli’s old 356 outlaw to state of the art 992’s.

There were two (2) presentations, one by the Director of the WHOI Alvin project and one by CCPG leader Michael Sarli. The room was packed for both!

While other factors do enter the calculus (e.g. July vs June in prior years) WHOI management noted that attendance approximately doubled over recent years 

Overall a job well done by WHOI and CCPG team members and many thanks to all who attended.
