We are looking to place an order for CCPG hats. If you are interested please complete the quick survey below (hats are pictured in the survey. Logos will be the same but the year will change to 2024) so we can get a better idea of how many to order.

This is not a binding commitment, BUT would appreciate it if you decide to purchase that you follow through when they are available.
